My professional background and journey towards systems and infrastructure administration.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

From IT Support to Infrastructure

I am José Carlos Guasp Acosta, an IT professional with experience in technical support and systems operations within corporate environments.

Throughout my career, I have worked on incident resolution, user support, Windows systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, network connectivity, and remote access tools.

I am interested not only in resolving technical issues, but also in understanding the infrastructure behind each service.

That is why I maintain a personal homelab where I practise server administration, virtualization, networking, containers, and monitoring.

CAREER OBJECTIVE

To continue developing my career in systems administration, IT infrastructure, and operations while progressively expanding my knowledge of cloud technologies and automation.

    • Technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, Windows, and Microsoft 365.
    • Operational management of users, groups, permissions, passwords, and MFA in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
